    I like braised chicken and with my family coming needed a bigger casserole than the 3.5 Qt. I loved using the 7qt. It was big enough for 10 pieces of boneless skinless thighs and 4 breasts and the onions, celery and chicken stock. Clean up is very easy. Loved using this casserole and I love the color.
