1Â Â Â Â Â Â 10-oz package frozen, chopped, spinach
1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 1-oz. package dry ranch dip mix
1Â Â Â Â Â Â 16-oz container of sour cream
2Â Â Â Â Â Â stalks of green onion, sliced very thin on the diagonal…hold back a couple tablespoons for garnish
1Â Â Â Â Â Â round loaf of Russian Rye Bread
Defrost spinach in a colander or strainer set over a bowl. Once defrosted, pat dry in paper towels. Pull spinach apart into smaller pieces and set aside. Pour the package of dry ranch dip into a bowl, and add sour cream, onion, and spinach. Stir to incorporate all of the ingredients, and set aside.
Cut the top off your Russian loaf and hollow out the inside of the loaf forming a bowl. If you like, tear the bread into chunks to spread with dip. Pour the dip mixture into the bread bowl, and place on a platter.  Surround with bread chunks, assorted crackers and a spoon or spreader. Garnish the top of your dip with the 2 tablespoons of green onion.
